Ingredients

  • Rice tukra 1bowl


  • Moong dal 1/2bowl


  • Masala warri 1


  • Cuminseeds 1/2tsp


  • Garlic chop 1/2tsp


  • Onion chop 1


  • Green chilli chop 1


  • Tomato puree 2tsp


  • Turmeric 1/2tsp


  • Red chilli 1/4tsp


  • Salt 2tsp


  • Desi ghee 2tbsp

Directions

  • Take a dal and rice wash and soaked at 20 minutes.
  • Take a pressure cooker put ghee and fry masala warri pcs then add cuminseeds,garlic,green chilli and onion saute.
  • Then add all spices and tomato puree mix then add dal chawal add water and cooked for 1 whistle gas off.
  • Then pressure released serve khichdi.
